To Τριμελές Διοικητικό Πρωτοδικείο Πατρών με την υπό αριθμό 66/2014 απόφαση του, όρισε ότι η μη θεώρηση των βιβλιάριων υγείας των αιτούντων ασφαλισμένων του ΟΑΕΕ λόγω ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών τους συνιστά επαχθέστατο μέτρο, καθόσον αυτοί μεν στερούνται παντελώς ιατροφαρμακευτικής – νοσοκομειακής περίθαλψης, ενώ ο ΟΑΕΕ δικαιούται να προβεί στην ικανοποίηση των απαιτήσεων του οποτεδήποτε με τη λήψη εις βάρος τους αναγκαστικών μέτρων είσπραξης.Συντρέχει λόγος κατεπείγοντος για την προσωρινή ρύθμισης της κατάστασης,προκειμένου να υποχρεωθεί ο καθού Οργανισμός να θεωρήσει τα βιβλιάρια ασθενείας των αιτούντων για το τρέχον ημερολογιακό έτος.
