Σε περίπτωση λύσης ή λήξης πρακτορικής σύμβασης η ασφαλιστική επιχείρηση
οφείλει στον πράκτορα προμήθεια τριών ετών που αναλογεί στην παραγωγή του η οποία εξακολουθεί για αυτό το διάστημα να παραμένει στην επιχείρηση στο μέτρο που θα την εδικαιούτο αν δεν είχε λυθεί ή λήξει η σύμβαση . Δεν οφείλεται προμήθεια αν η λύση της σύμβασης έγινε από βαρύ παράπτωμα που συνεπάγεται ποινική η αστική ευθύνη ή αν λύθηκε με πρωτοβουλία του πράκτορα . Σύμβαση πρακτόρευσης που δεν εκπληρώνει τις προυποθέσεις του νόμου είνια ακυρη .
